Telephone support line for parents and carers of children and young people with cancer. Staffed by a trained team of volunteer parents, all of whom have had a child with cancer, the line is open from 8pm to 10pm, seven days a week. Gaps:line is not a medical helpline, but provides a caring, listening ear and emotional support. The line is also open to calls from concerned grandparents, relatives and friends.
