LIVING WITH PAIN
Living with pain is never easy and can very much impact on one's mental health also and lead to depression, anxiety and frustration. People may feel that others around them many not always understand the impact that their pain has on them, which can lead to feelings of isolation.
There is help out there from a number of organisations who can help with different ways to manage pain and also to offer emotional support to those who are living with pain.
