SouthEast and East Asian Centre (SEEAC)

Southeast and East Asian Centre (SEEAC) is a community organisation run by and for migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers from Southeast and East Asia, as well as people of these heritages living in the UK. They are there to support you through challenges related to welfare, immigration, employment, healthcare, racism, mental health, and gender-based violence.
A Community hub project provides community support group activities, signposting services, social welfare and employment advice, and one on one mental health counselling services for members of the ESEA community whose mental wellbeing was affected by various socio-economic and health fctors, including survivors of trafficking and domestic abuse. 
SEEAC has a mental health directory where you can find other cultural-specific/language-specific mental health service providers for Southeast and East Asian communities in the UK.
