Outcome is run exclusively by an LGBTQI+ team. Many of them have lived experience with neurodiversity, difficult mental health, and/or contact with mental health systems. Outcome has existed for over 20 years and is one of the few LGBTQI+ only mental health services in London.

They offer weekly relaxed therapeutic drop-in spaces, peer support groups, short-term 1-1 support, psychotherapy, signposting, and various holistically engaged activities like singing, art, creative writing, yoga, and trans-inclusive gender groups. They do regular day-trips, including to the seaside, as well as open-days.

They are member-led, which means that everyone has a say in how Outcome is run. There are lots of opportunities to volunteer with them whilst getting support as well.
